An Outstanding Experience
At our Hair Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their CWD Hair Design experience. They’re not rules, they’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.
Appointments & Deposits
Appointments are secured based on availability and service time required.
For clients who have late cancelled or failed to attend appointments on more than two occasions, a deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.
Deposit amounts may vary depending on the service booked. Deposits are non-refundable, however they may be transferred to a future appointment if at least 48 hours’ notice is provided.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We kindly ask that all appointments are cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
Late cancellations or failure to attend appointments without sufficient notice may result in a deposit being required for future bookings.

Corrections & Complaints
Client satisfaction is extremely important to us.
If you are unhappy with your service, please contact the salon within 48 hours of your appointment so we can arrange for the hair to be examined and, where appropriate, corrected.
We do not offer monetary refunds. Where a genuine issue has been identified, we will always aim to offer a complimentary adjustment to meet our professional standards. Concerns raised outside of this time frame may not be eligible for correction.

Pricing
All prices are from and may vary depending on hair length, thickness, condition, time required, and product usage.
Any significant price changes will be discussed during the consultation prior to the service commencing.

Consultations & Suitability
All services are subject to a professional consultation. Results are dependent on hair history, condition, and suitability.
In some cases, achieving the desired result may require multiple appointments.
Patch tests are required for certain services and must be completed within the required time frame. Failure to attend a patch test may result in the appointment being cancelled.

Children, Guests & Animals
For health, safety, and insurance reasons:
• Children must be supervised at all times
• Guests are discouraged unless agreed in advance
• Animals are permitted at management discretion only

Personal Belongings
We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon.

Retail & Gift Vouchers
Retail items are non-refundable once opened or used.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be used within their stated validity period.

Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if:
• Behaviour is deemed inappropriate or abusive
• Expectations are unrealistic
• The service requested is unsuitable for the hair or client
This policy exists to protect both our clients and our team.
